Oregon Ducks +1 (-105) @ Colorado Buffaloes

The betting line opened EVEN, per OddsShark, but Colorado backers drove the number to Oregon +1. This change is sufficient to trigger a play by our system.
Each of the primary simulation routines in our lineup suggests Oregon will win outright, while our two preferred power rankings indicators are less enthusiastic, but onboard nonetheless with the idea of a Ducks cover. As such, we are taking the token point and siding with the Ducks.
Oregon is riding a three game cover streak, and is 3-0 against the number this season when cast as the underdog.
Also, the Ducks prevailed both straight up and versus the betting line in the two head-to-head meetings with the Buffaloes last season.
On the other hand, Colorado knocked off the Oregon State Beavers last Wednesday, improving their overall record to 3-3 ATS in their last half dozen outings.
Bottom line: For our money, the Ducks' advantages on both sides of the ball more than offset the Buffaloes (below average) home field advantage. Accordingly, we are banking on an Oregon cover.
